The rattan from which the armchair is made grows at a surprisingly fast pace on trees to reach the sunlight as quickly as possible. PROPERTIES AND MAINTENANCE

Rattan furniture does not require special care. The furniture can be easily maintained with a cloth with a mild cleaning agent or even without it.

Rattan furniture is intended for indoor use or should be used outdoors under a roof, because natural rattan does not like moisture and stands in the rain. Rain may cause bruising and discoloration of the material.

Rattan furniture should not be stored outdoors in winter because natural rattan is sensitive to low temperatures - under their influence it may cause discolouration, deformation and cracks.
